The Prevention Through Service Alliance (PTSA) was formed by a number of caring,  service-minded  organizations  with  networks  of  affiliated chapters serving  the  needs  of  local communities  either across America or globally. The  overall  purpose  of  the PTSA is to work in collaboration and with other organizations  to  help  young  people  lead  safe,  healthy,  contributing, and responsible  lifestyles  thus  helping  children  and  youth avoid involvement in destructive kinds of behaviors.
