Today Pilot International is a worldwide network of volunteers who take an active part in helping our communities a better place to live ...today and tomorrow. Pilot  International was founded and chartered in 1921 as an international service organization. T oday, Pilot International has approximately 500 clubs and more than 25,000 adult and youth members. Pilot International has had eighty exciting years of history-making service programs and projects. Often they work side by side with their sponsoring Pilot Clubs to promote awareness and provide hands on service to people with Brain-Related Disorders. Pilot Clubs have undertaken service projects involving young people and their needs. Pilot adopted the program of sponsoring Anchor Clubs. Anchor is made up of over 10,000 members. Membership in an Anchor allows young people to make a dynamic difference in their world through volunteer service...and have FUN while helping others. Anchor club members learn valuable skills that prepare them to be good citizens for the rest of their lives. They have opportunities to lead and organize service projects and play active roles in club programs. A nchor members discover the importance of working together--no single member can accomplish the service that the members can as a team.
